  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

    On less than skid-quantity orders UPS ground is our primary carrier and shipment takes approximately 3-7 days. Larger custom orders are typically delivered via a third party freight carrier and can take 2-3 weeks. Stock skid quantity orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.

  2. What methods of payment does Kipling accept?

    Kipling will send you an estimate with detailed pricing. If you approve, an invoice will be sent via email. You may pay by ACH or credit card with a 3% processing fee.

  3. Do you accept returns?

    Returns are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please call us to discuss.

  4. How are shipping costs calculated?

    Kipling will secure the best rates as possible and will be indicated on your Estimate. We use local and national freight carriers, as well as Fed Ex Ground and UPS Ground.

  5. What is the minimum order quantity for custom orders?

    Custom order minimums differ by product. Please inquire for more information.

  6. What is minimum order for stock products?

    We sell 1/2 and full pallet quantities.

  7. Are your products green and eco-friendly for our environment?

    Yes, ninety percent (90%) of our products are made from a mix of recycled resin. This reduces the amount of material that will otherwise end up in the landfill. All of our products are recyclable.

  8. How do I know the weight of my bag, liner, pallet cover, etc?

    (W” x D” x L” x gauge) / 15 = product weight

  9. What type or resin does Kipling use?

    Both vigin and recycle blends are available for the majority of our products. Contact us to find out the options for your specific needs.
